CNA Caregiver

13.00 hour to start, after 90 days choice of accruing 15 days PTO annually or take a 70 cent hourly increase
 
 $250 Sign-on bonus, $1K retention bonus, 40 hrs. a week, consistent schedule
 
 
Impact Accounting & Staffing Solutions is seeking CNA’s to join our clients team! Our client prides themselves on taking care of their clients by putting their caregivers first they are enabled and supported to provide customized, client-centered care with compassion. The Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) provides professional care-giving services to enable clients to remain safely in their homes or independent living. Our caregivers are responsible for treating our clients like family with dignity and respect.
Some of the things you will be doing as a CNA with us:
  • Provide compassionate, warm, and professional care.
  • Provide physical support with daily activities and personal hygiene
  • Assist with prescribed exercises
  • Assist with self-administration of medications
  • Perform incidental household services essential to the client’s care at home.
  • Plan and prepare meals for the client
  • Record & report changes in the client’s condition, family situation or needs
  • Light housekeeping and household duties
  • Supervise household maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Registration in the NC Nurse Aide Registry as a Certified Nurse Aid
  • Must have competent skills validated by the Registered Nurse supervisor demonstrating extensive assistance in the following areas: mobility, ambulation, transfers, bathing, toileting, continence needs, dressing, and eating
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven ability to treat clients with dignity, safety, and respect
  • Ability to read and write English at an average adult level
  • Ability to clearly speak English both in person and on the phone
  • Ability to use public transportation, drive, or use other means to get to work on time
  • Capable of being flexible, adaptable, and able to effectively react to new situations
  • Ability to stand, walk, concentrate, climb stairs, bend, squat, and twist frequently
  • Ability to lift, pull, push, carry at least 25 pounds frequently
